01 Introduction

Welcome to 444pk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the player") and 444pk ("the platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of 444pk.win and any associated mobile applications or services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any form of bet or wager on the platform, you accept these Terms in full.

444pk is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, casino games, live casino, bingo, and related gaming services to adult players based in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 444pk you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, 444pk reserves the right to close the additional accounts and retain any associated balances in line with the prohibited activities policy.

444pk may ask you to verify your identity at registration or at any subsequent point. This may include submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as reasonably required. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 444pk will never ask you for your password by any means of communication — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

• Do not share your account login details with any other person, including family members.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access games.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it promptly if you have any reason to believe it may have been compromised.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices or public network connections.

Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in — or where your credentials have been used — is your responsibility unless you have reported the account as compromised to 444pk support and the report was received prior to the activity in question. 444pk will investigate credible reports of unauthorised account access but cannot guarantee reversal of transactions that took place before a report was received.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 444pk support immediately. The support team can place a temporary hold on account activity while an investigation takes place.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on 444pk are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. Payment methods available at any given time are shown in your account dashboard.

Regarding deposits:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are shown on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary slightly by method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits typically reflect within minutes.
• 444pk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, 444pk may require identity verification or documentation in line with standard account verification procedures.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Deposited funds (excluding bonus amounts) are not subject to wagering requirements and can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.
• 444pk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

444pk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is made. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may not be eligible to receive or withdraw bonus funds.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account, separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific terms of an offer state otherwise.

• 444pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, and to remove bonus funds and associated winnings from accounts where abuse or misuse is identified.

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, to use bonuses in a way that is designed to exploit the terms of an offer rather than engage in genuine play, or to withdraw bonus funds without meeting wagering requirements, will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 444pk. Section-specific rules (for sports betting, live casino, casino slots, and bingo) are available within each section of the platform and should be read alongside these general terms.

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player after placement.
• Bet acceptance is subject to the platform's right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or technical faults.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game round or sports bet outcome , 444pk will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-governed matches, FIFA for international football). In cases of dispute, the platform's decision based on available official information is final.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion, particularly around significant match events. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within each betting market or game lobby and may vary by sport, event, or game type.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444pk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will generally be returned to the player's verified payment method following a reasonable investigation period, except where retention is required as part of an ongoing fraud or legal investigation.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily — including as a responsible gaming measure — can contact 444pk support. Voluntary account closures are processed promptly and any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability
